|I am a retired 80 year old systems analyst. 28 years ago I undertook a family history project to identify the descendants of my paternal 3rd great-grandparents, James McMonigle & Osse Jacobs through five children. I have also been identifying the descendants of my paternal grandmother's family line - the Descendants of George Mowrer & Catherine Ruby of Harrison County, Indiana. Peggy Byerly of Corydon, Indiana has also been involved in both of these projects. Peggy has taken hundreds of grave markers photos in the area of Harrison County, Indiana and has researched data and found obituaries posted on the Find-A-Grave web site for these two family lines. |
I maintain two family history web sites on my McMonigle and Mowrer projects. If you are interested in viewing these sites, send me an email and I will send you the links. I am particularly interested in hearing from any related people or researchers who are related to any of the family lines.
NOTE - MOST OF THE MEMORIALS I CREATE ARE RELATED IN MY MAINTAINED EXTENDED FAMILY HISTORIES AND I LINK THE MEMORIALS WHERE POSSIBLE. I REQUEST GRAVE PHOTOS WHEN NEEDED. I ALSO ADD OBITUARIES, PERSONAL PHOTOS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AND IMAGES. I DISCOVER FROM TIME TO TIME WHERE SOMEONE HAS CREATED A BRIEF MEMORIAL FOR SOMEONE IN MY MAINTAINED FAMILY HISTORY. MANY OF THESE EXISTING MEMORIALS HAVE BEEN CREATED BY UNRELATED PEOPLE FROM CEMETERY DATA, CEMETERY VISITS, OBITUARIES, ETC. I MAY REQUEST A TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP FOR FURTHER UPDATING, LINKING TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, CONSIDERABLE EDITING, ETC. I ALSO GRANT THE SAME COURTESY TO OTHERS WHO MAY BE MORE CLOSELY RELATED TO THOSE MEMORIALIZED ON FIND-A-GRAVE.

You're very welcome. I think that is the actual marker. I know the family and it's something they would do. There are two little stones in front with "Father" and "Mother" written. I went last week and and saw the dates on the back for him. When I went back today I didn't even think about getting a shot of it. Next time I go I'll try and remember to get one.

I was photographing and logging the headstones in the Blairsville Cemetery in Section N. I included all stones including any that did not have a death date. If you would like me to remove this or transfer it to you please let me know.

You are welcome. I did clean off the bird evidence from the front of the stone. It was much worse before I cleaned it.

I think I posted her headstone. If not, I can since I took it. I also have two graves to her right. Don't know if they mean anything to you....Martha and Harold Broman.

As of 5/15/2015 there is no marker on the grave but the grave next to him has a marker for Kathleen S Zito, daughter and sister. Hope this helps

David, I was wondering if I can have access to edit this and Robert Alex atilano . Jeanne is my mother and I have been working on my fathers genealogy as my mother had done a great amount on her side. Thank you

You are most welcome! I was glad to oblige. I only live 1 mile from Cascade Cemetery and fulfilling other people's 'Find A Grave' photo requests is always an enjoyable diversion.

You are very welcome.
|Laura Obal||RE: CLARENCE WEBER|
His parents were next to him. I made memorials for them and linked them to Clarence. Would you like them transferred to you for your family tree?
