RE: Photo permission
Jack Hinson's wife was Elizabeth James. Her father was John James brother to Robert James and Robert was the father of Frank and Jess. John James and his second wife Agnes Naomi "Wallace" are buried in the Old City Cemetery in Dover, Tennessee.

Agnes Naomi was the sister of two of my ancestors... Josiah and George Washington Wallace. I laugh and tell people at times that my uncle and Frank and Jesse James' uncle are the same man. LOL

RE: Photo permission
Mr. Todd he and his wife are buried in that cemetery beneath some Yucca plants. The Boyd family that still owns the farm the cemetery is own confirmed it. The military style stone was set in the middle of the cemetery in recent years.

There is a cemetery that Tom McKenney, in his book, claims he's buried in on Cane Creek. The dates are wrong on the tombstone and dowsing rods were used and there is no one buried in the front or back of the tombstone.

What I'm saying is there's controversy among some about where he's buried, but his official obituary states he was buried on the Joel Boyd farm on Bear Creek in Stewart County. Mr. Boyd and Jack Hinson's wife were related.

Judge Isaac Charles Parker
Mr Todd
I see you did the bio about Judge Parker. You have listed as one of the siblings to be Samuel C Masters 1847-1892. This man is my great grandfather and he is in no way related to the Parker family. If you will bring his name up in find a grave you will see the corrected bio at the top for Samuel Masters. If you can anyway correct the info at your end maybe I can get the incorrect info removed. I can't seem to get it off the site even tho the site was released to me. If you have any info about Sam or how you got your info, I would appreciate it. Since he died so young the family is missing a lot of his earlier data from when the family resided in Ky or THe Carolinas. He is buried in our family plot in Bowling Green, Mo.
Thank You
Martha Huff

Daniel Benjamin
Hi
I'm doing some research for my daughter in law and have tracked back to Daniel.
Are you related?
The story you have in the memorial is interesting.
Thank you
Donna
