RE: Re: Peter Le Brocq
Interesting

I was looking on the free B M D site and they are all listed as Lebrocq.

BUT as I have learned over the years even that which is carved in stone is not always right. The 2 most recent examples I have found are a gent who died April 31 1921
and a child born in November 1929 and died in April 1929. Both markers perfect condition and easy ro read.

Hope you are having a great weekend.
Thanks for adding the info to Edward's page

Info from Digby Churchwarden.
C.D. BLOY is buried in Digby Churchyard but the is no record of the exact location.
The memorial is located by the small rememberance plot.

RE: Constable Kenneth George Heldt
I have uploaded 3 new pictures of this grave which I took today. I deleted the first picture as findagrave only allows 5 pictures. I note that the grave picture is slightly crooked, but the sun was so bright I could not see the camera's screen !! Many things had to come together for the picture: the cemetery is only open on certain days and at certain times, you can't just stop by ... it needs an an appointment to be made, it is not easy to access (uphill hike), and I needed an assistant (my lovely daughter this time) to be the umbrella bearer for even light as the grave is right under a tree. Whew ! Hopefully the resolution is satisfactory for your project?

RE: Constable Kenneth George Heldt
Hi Tony, I'll try again with a proper camera, and first thing in the morning. The grave is under an olive tree which makes light and shadow quite a challenge.

Pvt Page Ernest Crane
photo request problem
His grave is definitely at Sutton Bridge, but CWGC may not yet have gotten around to erecting a Commission Headstone-it wasn’t that long ago that it was discovered he’s buried there. It may have an old, barely readable Private Memorial.

Thank you
The headstone photo on Owen Quigley looks awesome and makes his memorial so much more personal. Thank you for taking the time to honour him in making his memorial more complete with the headstone photograph. Much appreciated.
