I can see that you have listed a lot of
Fewell's in Ebenezer cemetery. My gggg-gandmother is Elizabeth (Fewell) Nichols D/O James and Patsy (Burns) Fewell born 1787 and died about 1845 in York all buried there. I also believe that Elizabeth husband Matthew Nichols is buried there also.
If you have information on these lines please contact me dvbrannon@gmail.com

Hi Edna,
Does anyone have the full transcription of this little guy's grave marker? I would love to add the whole thing to my database.
thanx~sherryHALL

I noticed that the date of death has changed from the original (Jan 13) to Jul 18. Are there records to prove the actual date?
Thank you,
Sherry Hall

GREAT! Glad to help. If this is your line, you may be interested in a book titled Oil in Our Lamps: The Journals of Mary Davis Brown by the daughter of William and Dorcas Brown. I am reading it now and it has so much family info. This is the link to it on Amazon

RE: James Thomasson
Hi, Edna,

Ann McAllister Thomasson's father was William McAllister (he signed his will Mackalester, though.) He was born c. 1694 and died before 13 Feb 1765 when the court entered his will into probate.

Ann's mother, Elizabeth Garland McAllister, was born c. 1700 and died before 11 Sep 1780 when the property she inherited from William was sold to their son, Garland McAllister.

Hope this helps; contact me further if you need more info on the family.

RE: Shillinglaw
Thank you, Edna, for your prompt reply to my message. I'll keep trying to work on the grave memorials that I've recently found of some of my ancestors.

Nice talking to you, Susan
