I have been working on my family genealogy for about 27 years and enjoy helping others in the process. What a great website we have here to be able to help others with their research and bringing so many families together in the process.|
Please stop and visit with my sister.

Under the "EDIT" key: You can Suggest a correction or provide additional information for any entry that I have made. Please send over the Parents and Spouse links on this also. You can also ask for a transfer under the EDIT key, then I have your ID # and can easily do the transfer for you.
I would be happy to transfer ownership of a record that I have added, if they are family and have more information that they would like to add.
Thank you for all the flowers and notes that have been added to the memorials that I have posted.

I see you posted Skipper Hyatt, did you know his sister Barbara Hyatt?
|John Dillon Columbia||RE: Shannon Cemetery|
Okay. I think it is. The picture you took, could you make out what is written in the black on the plaque on the front of the church?
|John Dillon Columbia||Shannon Cemetery|
Hey! My name is John and I am looking for the Shannon Cemetery and saw you had taken a picture of a church and added it. What is the name of this church? Is it Shannon-Bethel United Methodist Church on U.S. 62?
|Barbara Carpenter||Clyde Hooley|
Hi Cheryl, I am new to this site and to ancestry.com. I saw the picture of Clyde's grave and I'm wondering if this is my great-uncle. If so, his brother was Clayton, my grandfather. I have a cousin named Cheryl that I remember from the days my grandmother Gypsy was still alive, but has been so long since I've been in touch with any family on my dad's side.
I hope you are having a great week.
Barb (Hooley) Carpenter

Thank you for the transfer of Samuel Roush. I have a few more Roush relatives in that cemetery. If I provide their ID numbers, would you be willing to transfer those as well?

Thank you. I will give you the credit for the picture.
|Robyn Brewster||Thank you.🙂|
Thank you for the transfer. What a great surprise. My husband was very excited to see the transfer.
Thank you for taking care of Great Grandma Phebe for him and his family all these years.
|Frank Coffman||David Brown-my g grand uncle (I'm in John Landrum Brown's line)|
I was very happy to find your work in posting the gravesite of David Brown. He was the elder brother of my g grandfather, John Landrum Brown (1846-1905). I believe both served in Co. D of the 73rd Illinois Infantry out of Piatt Co., IL
I am Dean Franklin Coffman, Jr.
Son of Dean F. Sr and Melva Irene (nee Arnold) Coffman
She was the daughter of Almeda May (nee Brown) Arnold (1878-1978)
Who was the daughter of John Landrum Brown and Eunice Emma (nee Bunyan) Brown.
I'd be most happy to share information with you and especially to find what photos (if any) or documents are relevant to the Brown line and the related family. I have discovered that John and David were the sons of Daniel and first wife Mary (nee Brown) Brown [thus compicating my searches for many years in KY sources]. I've found a few things about Daniel and Mary's parents as well.
Best Regards, Cousin Frank Coffman
