Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born March 2, 1953 in Goliad, Goliad County, Texas and was raised in Berclair, Texas. I am the oldest daughter of Cecil and Connie Harding. I am the grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 2. Genealogy has been one of my passions since I was 15 years old. I and some cousins, plus a professional genealogist have traced one part of my family back to Adam and Eve's son Seth. Another part of my family has been traced back to 700 A.D. in Ireland. The surnames I am researching are, Harding, Burris, McMechen, Koonce, Pullen, Parlier, Hill, Williams.
A little while back, we just happened to stumble across Find A Grave and thought what a wonderful site to search. It wasn't long until we decided that's it, we're hooked on photographing the cemeteries in our area.
We have completed 9 cemeteries and are working on several more. Being disabled doesn't keep us from the cemeteries. In fact, walking the cemeteries gives us exercise we need for our disabilities.

James and Sarah Gentry
Hi Sibyl! Would you please transfer ownership for James (34708124) and Sarah (34708123) to me? They are my great great grandparents. I was able to visit their gravesites recently and have added additional photos, but I would like to add family information. Thank you, Toni Gentry

Haley Smith, Live Oak Cemetery, Goliad Co., TX
Hi Sibyl,

I was informed today that Rev. David Crockett Smith's wife, Mahalia Jane "Haley" Renfro Smith, is buried beside him. When I made her memorial 10 yrs. ago, our family members didn't know just where she was buried. Will you please add the photo you took of their headstone to both of their memorials?

Thank you so much,

Shirley

RE: Rachel Hall
Hi Sibyl, I tried to do that but she wont budge. She wrote me this long drawn out explanation that I never did understand and she demanded me to call her and I said I am not calling long distance. Not sure what else to do except to contact Find A Grave.

Old Salem Church Graveyard
Hi,
I saw where you are related to Pullen and Wililams. John William Pullen is your gg grandfather? Are you related to the Williams buried there/ I have a Cassie Williams in my tree. She married my gg grandfather Frank Warren Massey. I believe she is the Cassie Massey in Old Salem Church Graveyard. Do you know how or if she ties into the Williams there? Such a small cemetery I'm thinking she does. Don't know much about this part of my family, any help is appreciated.

William Hill
I went to Antioch Cemetery in Floyd County today looking for the Grave Marker of William Hill. I only found the graves of Oliver and Gladys Hill. Also I looked over most of the markers there and I didn't see a marker for anyone buried there before 1965. Do you think it was a different cemetery or did the church move and he is at an older cemetery?
I can send you the photos I have if you like.

Unknown Grave at Antioch
Hi there! I am researching a great, great uncle of mine who apparently lived a very tragic and short life and I am wondering if you might be able to help me. I see where you have listed an 'unknown' grave at the Antioch Cemetery in Rome, Ga. My uncle, William Waide Barber b. Jan. 3, 1897, d. Oct. 12, 1921, was according to his death certificate buried at the Antioch Cemetery. In your work with the grave listing, was there a book of interment? I would truly like to locate his last resting place.

Thank you kindly,
Robin Atkins

Greer and Ashod families
Hey are you related to the Greer's and/or Ashod's, because I'm not and I was hoping to transfer Aram E. Ashod (Lee and Helen's son's father-in-law) to the one who is related to them. I've also did some research on them by the way.

Thanks,
Dustin Schrull
