Bio
My dad, Joseph D. Dupree, left Angier North Carolina and his large family in 1930 to join the Marine Corps. He moved to Baltimore after the second world war, married my mom, and I was born in 1955. I am interested in the Dupree family's history. My dad's parents were John D. Dupree (b. 1868) and Lula Frances Barbour (b. 1875), and his grandparents were Joseph E. Dupree (b. 1835) and Eliza Jane Adams. All are buried in Angier. Joseph is buried at the Baltimore National Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.
