The info has been added. I will transfer to you. Sorry it took to long, but my computer was in the shop and I just got it back today.

Ewell & Katherine,
I really appreciate that you placed markers on their graves. I didn't know that they had none.
Best regards, Mary

Thanks, Katherine. Do you know how takes care of the land or who may own the land currently? They are African-American, but I'm trying to see if there are any additional records somewhere on the people buried. I'm trying to link the Kilpatrick and Dunns buried there. Any information would be great! I live in Omaha, Nebraska, so I'm not able to visit in person.

You will have to contact the person who now manages this memorial. I no longer have any control over it.

Hi - I see that you created the contributions for Redwood Cemetery in Sallisaw. Would you be able to tell me if there were any additional graves and where this cemetery is located? Trying to put together some information on a family tree, and any additional graves in the cemetery would help me. Thank you! -- Stephanie Brown

No, I don't have a clue re: middle name. I haven't done any deep searching for this family, just did a little this morning to see if I could determine if he was the person you were looking for.
Good luck on your tree. I have been working on mine for about 25 years now and still love it.

I did a little research and found the family in 1880 Johnson county, Texas. Also looked up some death records and found more info. I added this info as a bio on the memorial.
It appears you are correct so I am going to transfer Jesse's memorial to you.
As for the story that he was on his way to Weatherford... do you know where they were living at the time? I don't know about the roads back then, but it seems going thru Lipan from Johnson county to Weatherford would be out of the way.
The cemetery is located off Hwy 4 about a half mile out of Lipan toward Granbury. There is a small sign on a fence by the highway with the name of the cem, but it is easy to miss.

Yes, I do. My mother and I have been doing our tree for about 40 years. I do live in Northern Alabama, City of Madison.
Thank you for letting me use your photos !!!
