|Jean Pinick||Re:Myrtle Morgan in Burlingame Cemetery|
I went back to the cemetery today bnecause I went back to my original records and there was a tombstone for Myrtle in my records. I did find her tombstone but not where it was suppose to be and covered with weeds and dirt. I had my husband along and we cleaned it up a little so that I could get a fairly decent photo. Will add it later. Sorry I was so cross the last time but don't mention Mr Brown to me because it took me years to take down the county and he input the records and took credit for them himself. I happen to see RED when his name is mentioned. Hope this helps with your family because that is why I do it. Jean

You need to check your information before you blast the person who does the leg work for people like you who put the requests in on findagrave. I took the photos for both Priscilla J Morgan and Calvin P Morgan yesterday when I was there. Someone else had already added them to the memorials. Once in a while there is someone who take a few photos in this cemetery but I do the most of them. I am telling you there was no stone for Myrtle Morgan just a blank space. I have no idea if or when there ever was a stone on that space. I have been working this cemetery since the 1980's and that information that Mr Charles W Brown put online came from original work done by me and then again by the Genealogical society in Topeka. Mr Brown as you keep referring to lives in Illinois and copied other peoples records to put on this site. He has no idea what is in this cemetery. I have more people to try and find in this cemetery but I do have the index and also the plats of all people buried in each Lot. I am not saying Myrtle is not buried in the Burlingame cemetery only that I did not find a tombstone for her and if Mr Charles W Brown would like to come to Burlingame and check the cemetery and find your tombstone he may be my guest.

I have checked this cemetery several times and there is no Myrtle Morgan in Lot no 47. I have the plat maps for the lots and her name does appear on it along with a C P Morgan and a Mrs C P Morgan. none of these people were in the Lot. It was just blank space. I can put the lot map with the names on the memorial or can email to you whichever you would like. Let me know. Jean
I am the fourth great grand daughter of Elias G. I just returned from Regensburg, Germany where I met the deacon of the church where Elias was baptized. We saw the silver bowl in which he was baptized. We took lots of pictures and would like to share if you wish.

My husband and I took pix of the entire cemetery and if our pix were better I did add them. Thanks for accepting edit. If you don't do something with them in 21 days they will automatically be accepted, which could change correct info.

You need to go to your profile page, which is where this message will appear, and go to the upper right-hand corner. You will see an edit tab; click on it and the pull-down will have "Edits sent to me that I need to review". The one I sent you is for Jeremiah Chrysler's plot number. If you don't want to approve all of them you can "Accept", "Decline" or "Ignore". If you "Ignore" it for over 21 days it will automatically be accepted.
Hope this helps you.

A friend told me about this change a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent edit/s to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. If I have sent this to you before, sorry, but I didn't see it on your profile page. thanks!!! ~Peggy
New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/ places/plot #s/links to spouse/s and parents.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.
