ORVF has been a pioneer of online genealogy since 1997. Author and family historian A.D. Distler created the website after his book titled "Ohio River Valley Families" was published in early 1997. ORVF was, and has been, a repository for many additions and corrections over the past decade and a half.
The database is very comprehensive, remaining focused on related individuals, their ancestors and descendants, who once settled the Ohio River Valley. A few notables in this database are George W Bush and George H W Bush, Louis Capet (King Louis VII of France), Daniel Boone, Stephen Hopkins and Francis Cooke (of the Mayflower), Zachary Taylor, Dwight Eisenhower, Ulysses S Grant, Jefferson Davis, Virginia Katherine McMath (Ginger Rogers), Myra MayBelle Shirley (Belle Starr), James Madison, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin D Roosevelt and Richard Nixon. | |

Would you please transfer Michael Riley # 43749187 and Julia Thompson Riley # 43749213 to my name to maintain - Melissa # 47681596.
They are buried at Concord Church Cemetery in Clermont County. Michael and Julia are my grandma's great grandparents. My grandma grew up near the church. I am writing on behalf of my grandmother who is still living and would appreciate this transfer of her family.

I noticed your photo request for Nancy Susan McClain Flannigan in Mt Pleasant Cemetery (#6268015). I photographed the entire cemetery a couple of years ago and did not find this grave.
If you look at this record in the Arcadia Cemetery (About a mile away) I think you'll find her.

Just fulfilled your req. Had a hard time finding tombstone. Cemetery records plus tombstone show BOOTHE. Also, note her dod is 1901. There is also a J.T. Boothe 1824-1907 inscribed on the stone. After thinking about this, I would be happy to have the transfer of Joseph and his wife, Levina, if they are not connected to you. Perhaps you would know if the book Ohio River Valley Families is available? I've looked on Amazon and it's not available. I will check with my library but since I live in Virginia, is doubtful.
