If you need to make a correction to one of my manaaged memorials, use the new Edit feature for most changes. They will be made within 21 days. If you are requesting a biographical update or are requesting a transfer, use the suggest a correction button under that feature. As I get an e-mail for those, they will be handled more quickly. Leaving a message here wil also generate an e-mail, but plese do not use this feature for corrections. I am currently on a break but will try to check in weekly.
Thanks to Brooke in Henry County, Iowa, for getting me started. She found my wife's great-grandmother's grave in Iowa and posted it--we never would have found it without her!

No, you did not have to but you did, so thanks. I am not a collector as you can see. They will be in good hands, thank you.

I transfered the memorial to your care. If you would, please include the places of birth and death and the short Bio.
Also, think about correcting the spelling of my V generation Great Uncle's last name. It would help in the search of other family members trying to find their roots.

Sorry about that.....please change it back.

No relation. I just went through various cemeteries and took pictures. Sometimes you miss dups.

|Sharron Cohen||Moody and Matson and Tarr, oh my...|
Kenneth -- I don't know how the Moody grave got by me, but I deleted my
duplicate. I also deleted my duplicate of the Matson grave, but I
transferred my photos to your memorial page because I think they're a touch
more readable. You're right, it's very tough to read, but I think Matson's
first name is Hetviiki.
I certainly believe you when you say that the Addison Franklin Tarr grave
is in Locust Grove, not Beech Grove. (If you took the photo and you don't
even know where Beech Grove is, that's pretty convincing.) But that's
between you and Anonymous. I sent him the same note I sent you, so I'm
hoping he takes a look and works it out with you. I've recently come across
a fair number of Find A Grave entries that are generated by research
rather than photographs. That is, people create memorial pages based on
obituaries or death records, or, god forbid, their best guess about where
the body might be buried. I recently found another case of someone whose
memorial page is one cemetery and body in another.
Yes, I've catalogued what I could in Seaside and am now working through
Locust Grove (or was before we got hit with seven feet of snow.) I look up
everyone before I add them but I make mistakes -- so please continue to let
me know if you find duplicates.

Hi -- I thought you should know that I just bumped into duplicate memorial pages for Addison Franklin Tarr (1842-1920) and his wife Rachel Husley Tarr (1845-1920). One listing is for Locust Grove, Rockport's cemetery in Gloucester, and the other is Beech Grove in Rockport. I don't know which one is correct. Thanks. Sharron Cohen

Thanks for updating the Ward memorial pages so quickly! I appreciate it. -- judi mcg
|EEBJ||William H. Spencer-Strong|
Thank you for the transfer of William's memorial to me. His parents are my husband's 2nd great grandparents. The name "Spencer" is still evident in the given and middle names of numerous descendants living today.
