|I'm creating memorials to honor those who have completed their journeys here. I believe the Find A Grave burial registry helps us to preserve history and is an extremely useful genealogical tool. I especially love to hear from folks who have found a family member or friend through a memorial that I created, that gives real meaning to this work. If you have any corrections or additions to suggest on memorials that I have created, I will take care of them, usually within a week. If you want any records transferred to you that are not in my family, please do not hesitate to ask.|
To my friends who have decorated the graves of my precious daughter, Tammy Jo Modglin, and my Mom and Dad, Dorothy Darlene Brown and Carmel Garth Brown, and my sister, Judith Ann "Judy" Brown, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness is very much appreciated, as I decorate also for as many as I can, too.
God Bless All Of You...

|Hilde Crawford (nee Hamill)||Paisley Cemetery|
I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I made the trip to Paisley this week to do family history research and meet with an author of 17 books that tell the story of many of the pioneers in the region.
While there, I went to the Paisley Cemetery and took a number of photos for the memorials that you have put on Find a Grave. I'm working on adding them, plus adding more from the random selection that I took.
BTW...I found Elijah Welsford & Sarah Jane Rae!!!

Thank you. I appreciate your making the additions.
If you feel comfortable transferring the memorials to me, please do. I will probably be adding additional data since Stephen's wife was Mary Fritch, my second great-great aunt. I have hopes of eventually linking all memorials in Find A Grave throughout all the extended family.

Hello. You have name & stones mixed here. At Blythe chapel cemetery, there is a John C. Blythe & John G Blythe. John G was married to Amanda McCrary. John C ( Craig ) was married to Eliza Ann Pritchett. Cemetery records show that. as wifes name is on same stone.

|Carolyn Keeton||Virgil and Myrtle Acord|
Hi Glenda, my name is Carolyn Keeton I saw your name as I was searching for Floy May Lake whose parents are Lewis Thomas Lake and Sarah Chance, the Chances are the I am related to. Floy married William H. Acord she died one year after they married, his second wife was Cora Ethel Acord and they had Virgil H Acord who married Myrtle Y Curtis. I noticed you had a lot of memorial flowers for them both, are you good friends with Virgil and Myrtle? do they have any children? Is there any thing you could tell me. Also who is the Lou you mentioned on Virgil's info. any help would be very helpful, if I should not have written this on your public message board I am sorry. I am also a member of Find A Grave my number is 47213403. thank you and keep up the good work.

You identify Margaret Maria Ann Munger Herrett as the wife of George M. F. Herrett (MF is for Matthew Fritch). She was his first wife.
You will find George's Find a Grave memorial at #32490643. Please add this link to her memorial page.
Glenda, you have helped me before and I believe you also transferred some to me.
I am also like you, not here to see how many I can "collect", just really enjoy doing this!

I agree to on the transfers. I don't transfer my relatives but I have had many people request transfers for cousins, uncles, step parents. Some on here are so afraid of losing a memorial and their count will go down from 50,000 to 49,999
