I started working on my family tree in 1969 and will forever be gratefull for the invaluable information my Grandmother Alice Atteberry Carter gave me. She had a fantastic memory and all of the names and dates she gave me have checked out over the years. Hopefully one of my five children and (so far) three grandchildren will continue the work one day.
