Surnames I am researching are: Hole, Maxwell, Hellwick, Newman, Wallace, Lowe, Morgan.|
I am with out internet again for awhile, I will still check in periodically and keep up with edits, just not daily
I copied this from the FAG frequently asked questions
"Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
You should not copy obituary notices from newspapers (or from funeral home notices or web sites) to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so or you are the author of the obituary. Some obituaries that were published in 1922 or earlier are now in the public domain. In general, obituaries in newspapers are submitted by the family with assistance from the funeral home. If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed for example "Published in the Hattiesburg American, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Internet Edition, April 11, 2007". Please do not include the names of living or surviving relatives in the biography, unless you have their permission. If you do not have permission to copy an obituary to a memorial, you may put a note stating the name of the newspaper and the date the obituary was published.
Please do NOT add photographs from obituary notices (unless you, personally took the photo), as they are protected by copyright law. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices and photographs from memorial records. Similarly, you may NOT scan an obituary and add it as a photograph to a memorial record.
Obituaries for "famous" individuals are usually written by newspaper staff and can not be posted to Find A Grave as the newspaper company owns that copyright.
Please do not include website addresses that may be listed in the obituary as they usually expire within a year after the obituary is printed."

Lulu was my grandmother's sister. Would really like to exchange info with you. I am headed out of town for a few days but will get in tough again when I get home.

Excellent photo. thanks very much
|Kathy Feltman||Sylvia Sistern|
Thank you for the above gravestone photo. If you happen to be in that cemetery again and see a grave for her husband James Sistern, I would also like that photo if there is a headstone. I didn't know his first name when I put in the initial request.
|Richard K Thompson||edits updated|
I did review the edits I've sent and you have processed them, so we're up-to-date after all. Many of the memorials made in and prior to 2008 were done before spousal/parent links were fairly easy to make as they are now, so as I try to link to parents who have not been linked as spouses I try to send the spousal links edits. Many of my own 2007/2008 memorials are in the same boat, I suppose, so I try and get those links done as I come across them. Can't sort/list links by entry date to figure out which ones need linking.

Sorry, the marker you photographed was for the son John. The photograph is still appreciated and it is still a unique marker which fortunately has his dates clearly inscribed. Thank you.

Thank you for photographing this tombstone. It is rather unique in the way it is placed. I appreciate you preserving it in a photograph.
|Richard K Thompson||Additional headstone/inscription photos|
Sometimes I'll add in a new, clearer headstone/inscription photo to a memorial if the current one (submitted by another photo contributor) isn't quite as legible at first glance. As camera lenses get better, many of the old headstone photos are less sharp. Sometimes the only original headstone photo posted was taken some feet away and the individual inscriptions not very legible even if the photo is clicked on to enlarge it. So I may take individual inscription photos and post to the memorial. Othertimes, it depends on the sunlight and angle of the set of photos as to whether or not additional photos might be of interest to someone.
That said, if you email me (not list them on my profile page for all to see) with links/memorial #'s for any memorials that I've added additional photos for that you think may be redundant, I'll take a look and if I agree then I'll willingly delete the additional photo(s).
If what I've posted isn't substantially an improvement, then you are probably right and I shouldn't have posted them.
Are you back to having a computer access now? I think that I've sent some of the new edits to memorials that you have that are still pending approval.
Mathew Lowe I think is one of my GrGrGr Grandfathers, Memorial #7774249. I believe he also had a daughter named Louvisa Elle Lowe, who married a James Kysar and a Charles Ziebell, who is memorial #9285137. Do you know anything about her? Thank you Ronda Gooch
