If you could see your ancestors
All standing in a row,
There might be some of them, perhaps,
You wouldn't want to know.
But, here's another question, which
Requires another view,
If you could meet your ancestors,
Would they be proud of you?

RE: Old Easley Cemetery
Vicky as usual I am trying to figure out this particular Easley. Not sure if or how they are related. Mine came from Mason Co. KY along with The Mcginnis family poled up the Missouri River. settled in and around Orrick Mo. If I get to go out and about I will give you a holler

RE: Oakdale Cemetery
Sorry, but I'm not seeing any that are sideways or upside down. All of them look correct. Perhaps someone at Find A Grave can give you some insight. They've helped me before with strange happenings on the website. Best Wishes!

Rachel Beeson (1789-c1850), dau of Richard Beeson and Abigail Dimmitt, was my 3rd great grandmother. Richard was disowned for marrying Abigail out of unity. Apparently, the Quakers didn't understand the pragmatic benefits of a larger gene pool. Nice meeting you. gb
