I will only do transfers through the memorial's EDIT TAB and usually only within Find-A-Grave guidelines.|
I am a professional photographer and genealogist (over 50 years), and long time historian of Coleman County, Texas (over 40 years). Over 20 years ago, I, along with my wife, Judia, and Vena Bob Gates, published all of the marked grave inscriptions in Coleman County, Texas in the 3 volume, "Coleman County Cemetery Inscriptions." I also have these records online at www.colemanhistory.com.
Judia and I both continue to visit cemeteries, but I do all the computer work. Judia is an artist and does not relate to computers ... she is soooo lucky!
I have welcomed Find-A-Grave to help carry on what myself, my wife and others are doing to keep local history information available and not forgotten. I began in the middle of March 2011 adding burials that have not been added for Coleman County.
I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in the cemeteries and history of Coleman County. Ralph Terry, Coleman, Texas.

I submitted a few changes to the information that is posted at her memorial. She is Lorena --I see that the tombstone says Loraine-- Edna Sturdivant, wife of Henry Wilburn Collins Sr, who is also buried in the Coleman City Cemetery. They were married December 13, 1853 in GA, probably Troup County. Their son Henry Wilburn Collins Jr is buried in The Colman City Cemetery as as well. The parents of Henry Wilbur Collins Sr were Anna and Levin Collins.

Sorry -- My mistake! Her sisters' names are Civilla Adeline "Ginger" Evans Williams (not Dreyer) and Mary Alice Evans Sherman (not Dreyer too).

He was my great uncle.
His siblings were Civilla Adeline "Ginger" Evans Williams (is 96), Mildred Gertrude Evans Redford (buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Cisco, Tx) and Mary Alice Evans Sherman (is 93).
His mother is Mary Lorraine Dreyer Evans in Southland Memorial Park, Grand Prairie, TX (Dallas county). You can find her in Find A Grave page.

She was my great aunt (my grandmother's sister) and I think you have all wrong information about her bio. Her parents were Roy Murton Evans in Coleman County and Mary Lorraine Dreyer Evans in Grand Prairie, TX (Dallas county). Her siblings were Aubrey Lee Evans (buried in Colorado), Civilla Adeline Dreyer Williams (my grandmother and she is 96 in Allen, TX), and Mary Alice Dreyer Sherman (she is 93 in Whitney, TX). Her children are Charolette, Kenneth (deceased), Bill and Rita.
Her spouse Jack was Baptist pastor. I have several pictures of her so let me know if you are interesting.

Bob was my husband's aunt and the info on her came from his mother who was her younger sister (Lucy Laura Casey Wilson). Thus far I have not found any records that indicate her name was Ona.
