I am in Lake County, Northeast Ohio. The Find A Grave system is wonderful for me to remember and add to the memorials of my family. |
Plus, I enjoy being a Photo Volunteer and work hard to get the photographs people request. I usually do more research than walking onto the cemetery, finding the grave and taking the picture. I try to connect what I find to those who may be unaware or little informed about family members from the past. Through my research, many families have found ancestors they did not know existed or had been unable to locate. Their joy is my reward. Thank-you's are always appreciated, too.

Brad - Thank you for the picture of my dad's grave. I visited the grave as a young boy, but haven't seen in in at least 50 years. I really appreciate the picture.

Thank for the photos

Thank you so much! I am doing research for a close relative of Werner Heffter. Having the photo of his marker is huge! Monumentally grateful for your willingness to get the photo!

Thank you for the photo of William Roberts stone. I should have put all of these together in one thank you, but I didn't see there were more messages below the original.
|CS Sullivan||Kenneth Roberts|
Thank you too for the photo of Kenny Roberts stone. Kenny and his parents, Sidney and Arvilla, were our next door neighbors when I was a kid. They were like my surrogate grandparents and lovely people. Thanks for helping me keep their memory alive.
