Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing family history research since about 1971. Although I have worked on all my lines, I have especially focused on the extended Harlan family who were members of the Harlan Party that traveled to California by wagon in 1846. My "family" database is available for free through the World Connect Project at www.rootsweb.com.

I believe that Find-A-Grave is a wonderful collaborative tool to share and improve family history information. Therefore, I am happy to consider requests for the transfer of memorials I have added.

Lou Pauline Harlan
Hello - wanted you to know that when we took photos of Robert and Columbia Harlan stone in High Prairie Cemetery (Elmo, Mo), they also had a daughter Lou listed on one side of this stone. We didn't see that she was listed as being buried at High Prairie, so we added her name to the cemetery records and also posted a picture of the stone engraving. Stone is of course very old and somewhat hard to read - did best we could. Will go back up there in the fall - big old black snake scared daughter and I away before we finished exploring (Ack!)

Family link to Lulu Belle Propst
Hi there I was doing some digging and found what I'm thinking are Lulu Belle Propst's parents.

Mother- Lou Belle (Proctor) Rand married Edgar D. Rand. She was the daughter of George M. Proctor and Mary (Thompson)
She was born 12-4-1857 in Danville Boyle County Kentucky, USA and dies 11-7-1947 of heart disease in Springfield Greene County Missouri, USA.

Edgar D. Rand was born 12-24-1858 in Manchester Hillsborough County New Hampshire and died 11-23-1948 of heart disease in Springfield Greene County Missouri, USA.

I found them here on findagrave I hope this info helps and maybe you can link them together?

I tried to clean it up as best I could without doing any damage. His was on the open side, her`s facing a tree ,both on the same upright marker. you can clearly see the difference

RE: Harold Curry
Hi Steve,
Thank you for checking on the burial site for the infant Harold Curry, along with Julie Rasmussen's efforts. We were mostly curious if there was a known discrepancy in reported cemeteries, or if his grave was later moved to be near his mother's. Maybe we will figure it out someday. Appreciate your help!

Richard Clyde Ensign (f.a.g. ref 37184918
As you know, he is buried in Hawarden, North Wales. Near to him is the grave of an Air Transport Auxilary :- First Officer Aaga Vademar Helstrup Laursen (f.a.g. ref 138464429 ). She was killed with him when their aircraft hit high ground in poor visibility. I hope the added info on her page is of use to you.
Regards
Mike
