Thanks to you SAC-senders for generously donating your time to make our memorials more accurate and more complete.
Phony "rules." A few Gravers create faux rules, like "no death certificates on my memorials," despite the fact that the FAQs are perfectly clear: "Death certificates may be added...." Maybe these folks missed the "follow the rules" and "play nicely with others" lessons in kindergarten.

There's a "query" on the page about Peter Cowman, discounting him being named Johann Peter. It was common in the German community that he was in, to name many children Johann XXXX and then they would go by XXXX. The church baptismal records frequently support this concept. He would have gone by Peter in common use, but his name may have been Johann Peter. It's not that big a mystery, once you study the german lines. It was Kaumann in the church records, also.

Are you related? Thanks for the document and I will gladly transfer to your care. geraldine

Jay, thank you for the kindness of your reply. I need to refind the information about his birth. It was something I came across in review of Quaker history. It contained his baptism and reported birth date. I cannot locate at it right now for some reason as I do my research late at night. Retracing my steps and will follow up with you soon. Thank You, Jennifer

Hello again Jay and all:
In case that does not work, I found it again by googling Charles K. Duckwall 1859-1926.
P.S. Sorry for not using the personal mail thing. I cant get it set up on my computer.

Hello Jay and all:
I live near the Liberty Township Duckwall cemetery in Highland County, Ohio. While working some geneology for an Evans family, I stumbled into the Duckwall lines. You may already know this, but the Liberty Duckwall cemetery has a website with information you may be interested in.
Have a perfect week!
Thank you Jay! I have accepted all SACs. Let me know if you have additional info. If she is related I would be happy to transfer.

Hi there! I received your suggestions for Lucille Hildebrecht and had a couple questions. Was her Maiden Holmes or is that another married last? I see on 1940 census her son is listed with the last of Holmes. I cannot find any further information on her and was wondering if you had more information?
