Diane,

I see nothing wrong with your solution.

Since her second husband wasn't on Find A Grave, I added him the other day and tried to explain the story in his bio.

Thanks for your time.

Hello, you wanted source for memorial 95769504 Jesse Greer marriage to Francisca Villareal 63102256. They were married 1898 and had three daughters before his death--daughters Mamie 1899, Helen 1901, and Lily 1903.

RE: Re: Anna L. Norris #30197439
You are correct. I wasn't sure of a good way to handle that either. Worthy of noting - but what a tragic event.

You don't happen to know the name of his aunt in Whitehall that they were heading for?

They mention that Russell was the son of a prominent farmer in English township, and I can't tell if it was Charles C. Campbell or Charles E. Campbell.

The father of one of those Charles Campbell's was Benjamin Franklin Campbell, (married to a Sarah, from memory). But I'm thinking there may have been a different Charles Campbell.

Anyway - thanks for coming up with a good solution to the "almost spouse" link.

The Illinois Death Certificate for Anna says she was buried on the 18th (from memory). There was a coroners inquest. Curious if they held a funeral on the 15th - since people would have been coming for the wedding.
