I have been doing genealogy for 18+ years and have researched my ancestors and my husbands back to their villages in then West Prussia, Poznan, Mecklenburg, & Wuerttemberg to the 1770's or earlier. Most information is sourced & much is posted back to about 1800 on most direct ancestors at familysearch.org. Feel free to explore data & images posted there. The dates I use are usually from the primary sources many from church records. They occasionally differ from those dates used after emigration to the U.S.
I prefer posting transcribed obituaries per Findagrave policy,with a source if available,and have omitted some names of descendents if the death is recent to protect privacy. Most portraits posted are personal photos of the family, so please do not copy/photoshop them & re-post them to memorials I manage.
