Bio and Links
Bio Photo I enjoy doing Genealogy, and always seaching for any and all relations of our families. I started doing this about 12-14 years ago and have enjoyed every minute of it, meeting new relatives, and visiting many of the cemeteries of East Texas. I joined Find a grave about 6 years ago, and it has been a tremendious help in my family searches.

My family lines are: Manchaca's, Barber's, Garners, Hightower's, Medlins, Bell's, Philpot, Roberts, Burge, Cummings and all the allied families to go with these.

There many memorials I have contributed, and I am not related to all of these families.

I would be more than happy to receive info from anyone on the memorials I have created, or maintain and make any corrections needed, or add data to them, or transfer the ownership, as long as it is not in my immediate family. And within FIND A GRAVE Guide Lines....

(("PLEASE DO NOT PUT DEATH CERTIFICATES or OBITS on any memorials I have "created", or "maintain".))

((For transfers please Do NOT EMAIL ME!!!, Use the EDIT TAB on the top right corner of the memorial and 5th option to request all transfers, within FIND A GRAVE Guide Lines.)) IF YOU ARE NOT RELATED, PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A TRANSFER.

I have removed the obit. Her grandson had given it to me. I will add a little bio to her memorial.

RE: Truett Edwards Gilmore
Thanks for letting me know. I thought it was you as your name appears under the picture of the brick sign on the grounds of the cemetery entrance. I see no other option for who posted it. Since it had your name and I clicked on it and it took me directly to the message forum I just assumed you were the right person. I guess I will just have to let it stand as it is since I have no clue who else to contact. Thanks anyway for checking it for me.

Truett Edwards Gilmore
Hello Bonnie.

Thanking you so much for what you do in posting the grave sites of our loved ones. You have a posting for my dad Truett Gilmore. If at all possible could you please correct the spelling of his middle name. There should be an "s" at the end - Edwards. I would so much appreciate this being corrected.

Thank you again for having posted his resting place. I live far away and cannot ever visit the cemetery. Having a listing of his grave site to see is so very comforting.

Thank you
D. G. Y.

Hello Bonnie, I am sorry for posting the death certificate. Complete brain lapse on my part. I know better. I will remove it. Thank you for updating his information. Have a beautiful Sunday! God's blessings to you! Jeannette

John W. Driggers
Glenwood Cemetery, Upshur County, TX

Bonnie, I see that you show the parents of John W. Driggers as Albert Mathew Driggers (1800 - 1880) & Jemima Turner (1827 - 1914). I would greatly appreciate the source that you used for that information, as John W. is my 3rd great grandfather. Thank you so much.

Thank you Bonnie. I see your flowers on most of my family memorials so feel as if we must be related.

The Fairfield Museum Cemetery Committee was able to take very clear photo of the tablestone inscriptions of the Patriarchs Thomas McCullough d 1844 and his wife Elizabeth (Grafton) McCullough d 1849. This solved a big mystery as to where they were buried and now we find them to be right where they should be... amongst 3 of their children and grandchildren: Elizabeth McCullough Stevenson, Margaret McCullough and Minerva (McCullough) Wiley.
