Hello I am hoping you can help me. I believe that Margaret Rathbun is the same Person as my 4th Great Grandmother Margarette Rathburn. Could you verify that the name you have listed is what is on here Headstone or Cemetary Records?
I know there can be several variations on names. Thanks for all your work you have done on Findagrave!

I find Alamakee Death Records list place of burial as Post Twp. I find a obituary in the Alamakee Journal Newspaper that lists place of burial as Minert Cemetery Post Twp. Alamakee County. I know Dale Woodmansee listed place of burial as Smithfield Cemetery. I see the family is split between burials in Minert and Smithfield. | | | carl
