Greetings, Thank you for posting pictures of Cemeteries & Gravemarkers on Find A Grave. I have recently started using these types of pictures in my personal family tree file to document my ancestor's lives. May I use the picture you have posted for Hyde Park Cemetery in Utah, as well as any others I may come across that you have posted, in my files? Hi Penny: This stone of John Harrison Maughan has Hannah Sophia Toombs carved on it as a cenotaph memorial.
After the 1870 birth of one son, they divorced and she married John Matthew Miller (they had a 1878 daughter, buried in Willard, Utah) and Hannah Sophia is actually buried as Annie [the name she always used] - Annie S. M. Miller at Pleasant View Cemetery, Cassia, Idaho. The memorial is # 22916283.
Would you please note on your memorial that it is a cenotaph and possibly also link her actual burial place. I have contacted the other contributor to get him to more fully describe "Annie" so that others may find her. Thanks so much, Shirleen [history4sure] | | | Don Shelley
