With my youngest daughter getting married and starting a family of her own, I decided I needed to learn more about our family tree. With my husband, Michael, as my chauffeur and research assistant, we find time to hit the road and escape from the pressures of work. We have traveled around Indiana and Kentucky looking for cemeteries, libraries, and any other place which might hold "secrets" about our family. Michael and I are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Andrea and Traci.
ALL memorials are created out of respect.
The memorials in Bartholomew County are verified by either the Cemetery Sexton or Bartholomew County Public Health Department. Not to mention, records found in the local newspaper and Public Library.
Please feel free to use any pictures for your personal family records or to post them on Ancestry.com. However, please do not copy them to post them on another memorial on Find A Grave.
If you would like the "original" picture, I will be happy to send it to you and any other information I might have pertaining to my memorials.
Don't hesitate to contact me directly for additional photos for other family members located in my area. In addition, I would be willing to help locate additional information pertaining to any memorial.

Glenda, I read your bio and am wondering if you ever go to Garland Brook Cemetery at all any more.
