I am Mary Lou Florrow Tiffany. I was born in Freeport, Brazoria Co., TX, the eldest daughter of Joseph Milton Florrow and Dorothy Earline Harris. My family moved to Norwalk, L.A. Co., CA when I was 16. There I met and married James Albert Tiffany. He was a glazier for many years, but in 1976 became a beekeeper, which is the profession he retired from. We moved to Bakersfield, Kern Co., CA the next year. We raised a son and daughter in Bakersfield, and now have two grandsons and three granddaughters. I worked in various accounting offices of the Kern Co. Dept. of Human Services for 27 years, retiring in July of 2006. I've worked off and on on our family genealogy for the last 30 years.
