My Maiden name is Tuck
I have been interested in Family History for about 15 years now, and Find a Grave really has helped find many members of our Family.
Interested in Clifton,Dawson,Tuck,Carson,Bizzell Families.
I had the best Family in the world, they were honest
fun loving people.
I hope some day one of my kids will want to know their roots and can look back at this.
My sweet Niece Sherrell got me started looking for Family, my brother David's daughter, we had great times talking about it. Thanks Sherrell

If you take a look at the 1880 census for Peyton Marion Bass, you'll find her listed there. Most people transcribed it as Texas, but her name is Texanna. :) Born 7 Jan 1871 and died 15 Mar 1956, married to Charles Sumner Burroughs. It is through Charles that the Bass connection starts with my family; one of their daughters is my maternal grandfather's mother. | | | James Dean Toland

I see now. :) I didn't realize Viola was her middle name, I was searching by first name. I'll just add all the Bass family members you have to a virtual cemetery and leave it at that then.
My family relation comes from Peyton and Francis' daughter Texanna, Peyton Jr's sister. I've sent a request to the person who holds her memorial now, but haven't heard back yet. Since hers is the direct line down to my part of the family, I'm hoping to be able to hold and maintain her memorial. If I do, I'll be sure to link her to her parents so she shows up everywhere. :)
