|Martin Hillier||Private Bryan|
Private Bryan was in the same regiment as my grandfather and they would have in been fighting together in WWII - my grandfather died around the same time and we know that he was buried in the same cemetery but in an unmarked grave within the commonwealth section. Has anyone vere visited this site and seen such a grave nearby - I would be grateful of any information
Martin Hillier grandson of William Henry HILLIER
Sorry Rita, I forgot to say this was on behalf of the late John McD Sinclair Tonsberg old cemetery, Norway. Regards Elle.

Dera Rita many thanks for leaving that lovely bouquet of flowers in 2009. I am not very good with computers and I am trying to find my way around this amazing site, with not a lot of success, however I do thank you, on behalf of John's remaining family, for your kindness.

Thank you for leaving flowers. Do you have any connection to Inspector Cassidy? He was my Grandfather and am so looking for some family from the Cassidy side.
Thank you for leaving flowers at the grave-site of my Great Grandmother. I have been looking for a record of her burial for a very long time. I am the only one in my immediate family to even know her name. Thanks again for your kindness.

Thank you for your kindness. John is the son of my grandmother's cousin. So young and so far from home
Very best wishes

Greetings. I always wondered why the "internet" smelled like a big ol' field of wild flowers ...
Now, I see, it's because of you.
I am very impressed with your unique and massive contributions to find a grave.
You left flowers, well, a flag, actually, some time back, at the memorial of Private Benjamin Cook, laid to rest in Freedmen's Cemetery, in Alexandria, Virginia.
In working on a book about the 28th Infantry Regiment, USCT, I had the chance to learn a lot about this man. I've updated his memorial, if you'd like to check back in on him and learan a little about him ... and who knows, maybe leave a flower ... just a suggestion ... :-)
