CATHOLIC MOUNT AUBURN - UPDATE 12-23-2014
Presently performing a 2nd edit 1854 - 1920
Completed 4/11/1854 - 6/30/1859
It appears that many infant children deaths were not recorded by certain cities & towns.
MANY EARLY CAMBRIDGE DEATHS NOTED ON CEMETERY RECORDS DO NOT NAME A SPECIFIC FIRST NAME.IN SOME INSTANCES THEY MAY REPRESENT THE LOT PURCHASE AND NOT A BURIAL. I AM REVIEWING THOSE DEATHS TO CAMBRIDGE DEATH RECORDS
1854 - December 31, 1920 Edited using death certificates. Online death records end at 1920. I have death records for 21,831 of the 22,473 burials.
Currently performing a second edit for 1854 - 1920, searching for missing death records.
Missing June 1, 1882 - December 31, 1884
Jan 1 1910 - June 30, 1911

Hello Mr. McEvoy
I stopped at Mt Auburn Cemetary today and talked with Meg at the desk. I was trying to find Catholic Mount Auburn where my 2nd great grandfather Timothy Callahan was buried in Aug 1866. Meg gave me both your name and directions which was a dead end off Cottage Street, which I know from researching is the address. My question is, How the heck do you get in there, and where would you park the car.
Timothy was buried in section 32 10 East. I got this from your research...thank you very much for your efforts

I'm not sure which inquiry you are referring to with regard to a "duplicate". Is this in reference to my message of Oct. 12 regarding infant John Doran? Can you clarify?

Thank you for the photo of site of Mary's grave.
It is much appreciated. I live in western Iowa and would never have been able to drive there to see the site. Thank you so very much.
Have a great night my friend.

Dear Bill... I'm sorry, I don't think I replied to this message before because I just noticed it. I would appreciate it if you would transfer the names. I was just looking for your old email to get the link to the page where you had photographed the Galvin's spot to sponsor it. Thanks again. Nora
