I'm currently living in Owensboro, KY. I moved back up here from Texas after 25 years to help take care of my Dad after his stroke. |
I enjoy working on my family history, at this time I'm working on the Smith, and related surnames, of Holt, Davis, Kelley, and Bryant.

|Donna Schauss||Pearl Lindsey|
11446141 I'm working on records (along with another volunteer) for James Parker cem. Do you have any input abt Pearl you called Lindsey - that she's at this cem? She is not on cem records from library (which aren't up-to-date) and I've taken pics of all stones and have not seen one for this person. Thanks.
|Dan K||Edward J. Bayse|
Anthony I see you added the Edward J. Bayse memorial. My wife is related to Edward through his first wife, Roxanna Hoggard. Are you related to Edward and any of his wives? Or are you a more general FindaGrave volunteer. A broad question: Do you have any other photos or genealogical information to share? Thanks.

|Jane Childers Bruce||Driskell Photos|
My name is Jane Childers Bruce, Find A Grave Member #48149225. I live in Boonville, Warrick Co., IN and am researching the Driskell, Fallowfield, and Smith lines of my family.
I saw 2 photos that you posted to the Find A Grave memorial for James G. Driskell, buried at Midway Cemetery in Spencer Co., IN and was wondering if you would be willing to share them with me and give me permission to use them in my genealogy, with credits going to you of course.
James was my maternal great-grandfather. In the photos with him are my great-grandmother Fronie Belle (Fallowfield) Driskell and my grandmother Ada (Driskell) Smith, both buried at Sharon Cemetery in Warrick Co., IN. Can you tell me who the others in the photos are and about when they were taken? I know it was pre-1955 because that's when Fronie Belle died and they all looked so much younger than I remember them.
If you are willing to share these treasured photos you can e-mail them to me at email@example.com or give me permission to copy them from the Find A Grave memorial. I would never just take them without the owner's permission.
I was wondering since you have these photos of my family if we might be related somehow. Always looking for long-lost cousins!
Thank you so much and have a great day!
P.S. I tried multiple times to send this message directly to your inbox but hotmail kept telling me they all failed. If you do eventually receive them just delete them.
|Nancy Warren||Your mom|
Inez Onida Smith was married to my Grandfathers brother Elvis Tichenor...I have some pics you might want. I sent an email but I did not receive a reply.
|Betty Paulsen||RE: Kelley Family|
Thank you for your reply. The only information on Nancy is what I gave to you except the census with her and her husband and family.
That helps me to prove that, that is not her family.
|Betty Paulsen||Kelley Family|
I am doing some research for a friend of mine and she has a Nancy Matilda Kelley who was born May 1840 Eddyville, Wapello, Iowa and died 20 April 1908 Colorado Springs, El Paso, Colorado. She is buried in Fairview Cemetery. She married a Arthur Babcock Young 7 May 1862 Oskaloosa, Mahaska, Iowa. I have been trying to connect her to her parents and was wondering if Jacob B Kelley and Jane are for sure her parents. If so then you can add this information in also. If not I would sure like to find her parents. One census says they were born in Iowa and another says Indiana. Can you help.
|Mark Kemp||RE: Frances Hendrickson|
Copied exactly from the Kemp family Files written by Robert Kemp in 1936! Frances Hendrickson died about thirteen years of age and probably is buried in northern Spencer County, on the Kelly farm among the Morris family
