| Bio and Links | UPDATE 5-20-2013
The East Rows are completed, with the exception of a few lots which require further research.
Row 1 & 2 West are finished, with the exception of a few lots which require further research. Rows 3 -15 (approx. 2,600 lots) remain to be finished. About 5,500 names remain to be uploaded over this summer.
UPDATE 3-12-2013
The spreadsheet for the names of those recorded as buried is complete. There are a bit less than 22,000 people Heavy editing remains, which I shall do as I add new names to Findagrave.com
I am going to add beginning at Grave #1 Range 1 East.
May 1882 to December 1885 records have not been done. The Catholic Archives does not have them, however I have not checked with the Catholic Cemetery Association. That will be done at the end of this project.
UPDATE 1-9-13
I have taken a break from uploading to Findagrave as I am working on placing the data on a spreadsheet. That will enable me to answer requests for burial locations. I have 1859 - 1878 to complete. I shall begin uploading by the middle of February.
UPDATE: 11-20-2012
I have obtained, from a generous researcher, a spreadsheet of lots purchased.
It now appears that there are 21,000+ burials.
UPDATE: 10-31-2012
Today, at the Archdiocese, I obtained the records of burials from 1854 to 1882. There is a gap from 1883 to 1884.
I intend to transfer that information to an Excel Spreadsheet and begin working with the data to post to Findagrave.com In the meantime I shall attempt to answer any questions about that period.
UPDATE: 10-7-2012
Catholic Mount Auburn Cemetery, Watertown, MA. The vast majority of headstones have been posted. Less than 100 require further work.
6,000+ records of burials from 1885 have been uploaded and the other 3,000+ names, before 1885, were obtained from headstones.
I shall review my uploads for errors and duplicates. Please advise of any corrections to be made.
The Archdiocese's archive at Braintree has the record of burials before 1885 and it is my intention to add those names and locations this winter. I also have a list of 76 Civil War Veterans buried or memorialized. Please email if you want that list.
I am happy to transfer names.

 | Nancy Cronan, Find A Grave Memorial# 98149187 Hello Bill:
I am trying to determine if this might be Nancy Cronin instead. The memorial page notes that the burial location is not on the record.
I wonder how accurate the record is that you were provided with?
Can you determine if perhaps this might be Nancy Cronin, born 1805 and died APRIL 11, 1889? Her death record states that she was buried in Watertown. Is there perhaps another name (perhaps the owner of the lot) on the record that you reviewed?
I am NOT suggesting you have made a mistake at all. I am just wondering if the record is accurate.
Thanks for all you have done. Your work is incredible.
Do you visit the cemetery often? There is a marker that I can't read and I wonder if you might be able to decipher it for me?
Thanks for your time.
Sincerely, Patti-Ann | | | Sandra Lennox
