|I enjoy going to the cemeteries to get photos for my family. I came across this site and became a volunteer to help others find info on their loved ones. While I am out getting the photos for the requests I accept I find all the family members and post their photos also. If you have any special requests feel free to email me and I will help out any way possible. Happy Hunting Dan|

The obelisk also has the names of William and Elizabeth Constant Elkin on it. Please see memorial for Elizabeth #23696546. I had a note on there about that.

I am glad I could help. My sister lives in Salisbury, and I try to stop by the national and the national annex cemeteries while in town. Just doing a random search there are not many memorials for the Elkin surname in NC, but I'll add it to my list to look out for.

Thank you very much for adding the great photos to Chester Doden's memorial. They're perfect! Thank you for also creating a memorial for his wife Margie and for adding photos to that one, too. You rock! Thanks again.

Thank you so much for the photos of my great grandfather's gravestone. I didn't expect to hear anything so soon. I just signed up to be a volunteer, so hopefully I can may someone else as happy as I am.

Your photograph of the gravestone of Susanna Fisher Swander (# 41505512) shows that she died 23 November 1874 and was 75 years and 8 months old, but the 2 digit number of days is cut off. Do you know what the stone says? Thanks.

Thank you for the great pictures. I see the green grass. Is it possible you already had these pictures? They are very nice and I thank you!
