Thanks! I appreciate the death year correction and inclusion of the additional information. I received the details about Alfred P. Jenkins' death this week from a 91-year-old friend of the Mathis-Jenkins family. She holds a treasure house of information in her excellent memory.

Buried in Concord Cemetery, Clay County, Alabama. Note tombstone (photo) death date is 26 Sept 1903 rather than 1908 as transcribed. Wife, Dollie Cook Jenkins, remarried in early 1905. Thanks for your work and correction. He is thought to have been a policeman, perhaps in Oxford, AL, and died from a gunshot wound while on duty.

You are the greatest! Thanks so much for taking the time and trouble to go back to the cemetery and check that out for me. I appreciate your work with Find A Grave.

I am writing about the tombstone photograph of H. C. Freeman at Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery. I have determined that she is Harriett B. collier
Honeycutt Freeman. The small hand written marker with H. B. freeman inscribed on it does not seem to match the large broken tombstone at the head of the grave. Do you have a close up picture of that larger tombstone. It appears from afar to have an inscription on it.
Thanks for the photo that you did upload and for all the work you do for Find A Grave.

I do not know who George's parents are. I only pieced Mary's parents thru her obituary. Thank you for linking her parents and adding her middle name. I'm sorry I could not be of help.

Thanks for the Hinds information.

Thanks so much for the photograph of Noah's marker at Eulaton First Baptist Cemetery. I note that you took the photograph over a year ago, so you might not remember, but I have a question....
Noting that the marker says "Father," that usually indicates "Mother" is next to that marker or nearby. I have no info on where his wife, Maggie Hinds Johnston is buried, so I'm wondering if she is also there at Eulaton? If not, was there another "Mother" that I might not be aware of
Thanks for any help. (Noah is my gr uncle.)

Have you ever searched for someone you know is there but they do not show up in the cemetery? I have been looking for my aunts and uncles at Valley Hill Cemetery, know they are in my care, but they do not show up on Find A Grave. Any ideas? Names: Ritch, Otis & Willie Sue and Mullins, James & Irma
