I apologize for the duplicate. I try, but sometimes I miss one here and there. Do you want to copy the pic of the tombstone before I take the memorial down?? Thanks!

RE: FAG#8873331James Hardin Martin:
I have no idea about a 2nd. marriage. NOW this is simply an educated guess; I think his monument is just fine and I think James "HARDIN" Martin above mentioned Find A Grave# is buried with the right person, FLORENCE.__( I think the notation should be removed from HIS memorial, about ,spouse of Lanura A. NEW, Martin.) I think( someone) confused the TWO JAMES'S? BECAUSE James HORTON Martin, FAG28950150, and Lanura Ann NEW Martin, Find A Grave#28950020, were married. I think!

FAG#8873331James Hardin Martin:
I believe this is to whom you are referring? There has been an error some where. Lanura A. (NEW) Martin, Find A Grave#28950020, is the spouse of Find A Grave#28950150, James HORTON Martin. I was somewhat puzzled by that myself! Hope I didn't give you that info.

I saw that you had left flowers here on his memorial. I have a funeral prayer card from his funeral if you are a relative and would like to have it, please send me an email with your mailing address.
God bless,

Henry and Anna Warth Listed
In a Warth obit:

KINCANNON, Achsah "Archie" WARTH
b: Apr 29 1840, Kanawha Co, WV
d: Jan 27 1905, Walker, Vernon Co, MO

Clinton Missouri, Feb 4 1905 - Mrs. Dr. Kincannon breathed her last at 10:20 a.m. Friday, January 27. The immediate cause of her death was pneumonia. Deceased was born in Kanawha County, Virginia in 1840. Her maiden name was Archie Warth and she came to Clinton with her parents in 1855, but at the breaking out of the war went to Illinois and Ohio, returning in 1866. She taught in Clinton public schools ten years when she became the wife of Dr. Kincannon, and they went to Walker to reside, about the year 1881, where they had since made their home. Miss Archie Warth, as she was best remembered in Clinton was a woman of unusual strength of character and sterling worth. A member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church, she blended a Christian spirit with an unusual mind, always using her strength for the betterment of the world. Such natures can only find their reward in a better world. The funeral services were conducted at Walker, Sunday morning, just before the arrival of the train, when the remains were taken to Nevada for burial beside her husband.

Judge Gantt and daughter Miss Mary of Jefferson City, were present, and Henry Allen and daughter Lucy, Mrs. P. G. Gaiter,

****Misses Annie Warth**** and Lillie Horn, Clinton, and ****Henry Warth**** of Belt Junction, Missouri.

Mrs. Kincannon leaves one sister Mrs. P. G. Gaiter, Clinton, and four brothers - George Warth, Clinton; Sam Warth, Nevada; Charles Warth, Muskogee, Indian Territory, and Dr. Warth of Price, Utah.

Henry L. Warth
Looks like the Henry listed as her hubby may have been her brother. He is apparently in the 1880 census as the son of George and Ellen.

More to come.

RE: Julia Swinney Warth
Hi! Here's your message:

Message I received from you - Daughter of George Fayette Warth (47223421) and Ellen Sweeney, his first wife. S he was a retired school teacher.

Julia Anna Swinney Warth was a Swinney and not a Warth before marriage. This info was taken from burial records. Please advise.

====

Her death certificate lists her folks as George F. Warth and Ellen Swinney who are, in fact, George Fayette Warth and Mary Ellen Sweeney.

Even way over in the SE, that Swinney/Sweeney thing happens all the time.

She is listed as Julia Ann Warth on the DC. If she was a Sweeney first, the DC must be wrong.

But if so, it's REALLY wrong. ha

BTW, Perry Warth is listed as the informant. Under name of husband or wife, there is "NONE" listed.

Meaning she was a maiden.

It is possible she could have had two middle names, one Sweeney, seen oft as "Swinney." It happens.

p.s.: In George's obit, four children are listed, including "Miss Anna Warth and Perry Warth." The latter is the informant on the former's death certificate.

Anna is also listed as a survivor of her mother...this would be Julia Anna Warth.

Henry Clay Allen and kids...
Do you know where Clifford Lee Allen and his wife ended up?

They were the parents of a friend of mine and I'm trying to connect her on Find-a-Grave. Thanks!

You have him listed in White Chapel now. I had entered him too, but deleted mine. He's buried in Atonement Section.
