I started becoming interested in my family's history when my mother gave me a book she had made from genealogy research she had done back in 2001. I love working on my family history, because it makes me feel a little bit like a detective. |
I also do family tree research for others! E-mail me if you need any help.
Please see the project I lead on both Wikitree and Flickr: The Lost Family Photograph:
I am also a photo enthusiast, and am happy to take headstone portraits for graves and cemeteries in the Seattle, WA.
Due to the size restrictions on findagrave.com, the images I post are very low-resolution. If you would like a higher resolution of any photos I've taken, please e-mail me.

OK, I shipped them off to you.
Have you heard of the Washington Digital Archives web site? It is really amazing. Cyrus is listed in their data base. That is where I found his death. You can download WA marriage certificates off of their web site for free.

I shipped Laura off to you. I am not related.
Nice going on the Wiki thingy page for her, Detective Heather. :-]
Her husband Cyrus died in Vancouver, WA in 1953. I can email you the newspaper pages his obit and funeral notices are on if you like. He is buried in the cemetery in Vancouver.
Wow, that is a great find!

Thank you, Heather. I pasted your info into the bio section but it probably should be entered in the bio section of Josie's memorial, rather than the son. I had not thought of that. But I will leave it on Harley's page for now. Maybe you could submit the info on Josie's marriages to the person who manages her memorial page?
Thank you for responding to me. I really appreciate it.
I will take look at the wiki page you referenced.
|B.J. Waters||Response to Edit Request|
Hello! I have a question regarding your request to link Harley Warren to Josie Gilman. Since they have different surnames, can you please tell me why you believe they are mother and son? I don't usually question an edit request, unless the names are different, because I would like to include info in the bio section to explain.

You are most welcome for the photo. Glad to be able to add the plot info for you.
Yes, thank you. I have entered the link to Nancy Hunter; will probably take a few days for verification by findagrave.

You are very welcome for the photos of the crypt.
Since there wasn't a memorial created for Don Juhr, I created one for him, Memorial# 129551971. If you would like me to transfer Don's memorial to you, to maintain, please let me know and include your Find A Grave member name and number. The Juhr family is not in my family tree.
|Sharon Leon||G.A. Strohmeier|
That must be Gustav A. Strohmeier, not C.A. Strohmeier, so please ignore my last suggestion. I'll delete the C.A. Strohmeier memorial that I set up. Gustav already has a memorial. Sorry about the confusion. Sharon
|Sharon Leon||C, A. Strohmeier|
C.A. Strohmeier is on the Flindall headstone that you recently photographed. I've created a memorial for this person at 129064493. Please, add the Flindall headstone photo to that memorial, too. I'm going to try to figure out who C.A. Strohmeier would have been. Sharon
