Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Cheatham County, Tennessee just outside of Nashville. I started getting interested in ancestry and doing the research on my relatives as well as my wife's family. Most of her family is local and fairly easy to research. I was born in Memphis. My Dad was born there also, but Mom was born in Parsons. Finding graves of ancesters is a challenge and Find A Grave has made it easier to do research on some people I could not find.
I have taken an interest in the local cemeteries and trying to get as many added to the list that I can. If you see someone that I manage that is a relative of yours and would like me to transfer the memorial, please let me know. Now if the person is a relative of mine, I may or may not transfer, but will consider.
I heard a quote one time that Family and Friends only die at the point we forget them. May we never get to that point where our Family and Friends really die.

Joseph Edward Knight (Memorial # 106906043) is my great-uncle. If he is not a relative of yours, and you would like to transfer his memorial to me, I would gladly accept it. Thank you for creating his memorial and all that you do for Find A Grave. Your efforts are appreciated very much!

John Thomas Newman
Hi Dennis, I added the Obit for John Thomas Newman, shared with me by Walter Eugene " Buddy" Newman, his great grandson. Truly, John was a man before his time.

Samuel Marion Green & Martha Dorris Green
I requested from Find A Grave to do the following on the two Memorial's, for Samuel Marion Sam Green and wife Martha Dorris Green interred Anderson Family @ Cheatham County, TN vs Clarksville, Montgomery County, TN. The person that created them over in Clarksville, transferred them to me, saying they were confused ? So, I'm Asking Find to Grave to consider A. Delete them that person created or B. Merge them to your " proper interred Cemetery". I am doing the request as I am still new to this site. I advised the person the difference in the two locations...Just updating you on this issue. Thank You much, Dennis.

Green Memorial
Thank You kindly Dennis for linking Nancy Ann Nannie Felts Green to husband Little Berry Houston Green. And, for Samuel Marion Sam Green. Hope the bio will be of help. Little Berry Houston Green son Isom Allen served in WW1 married and had his own family; he named a daughter Nancy after his mother; a son, Burton after his brother; he used Lee , for a son's middle name. ( If you need to know this about Lee Green, on the TN Census he shows up as Lafayette ,then a correction to variation to Lee.. Nancy's father was John Lafayette Felts which served in the Civil War.

Nancy Ann " Nannie " FELTS Green
Hi Dennis; Nancy Ann Nannie Felts Memorial with her two young son's, Burton and Lee. I sent the link to her husband on their Memorial's. Thank You for creating them. I added Family Photo's given to me by her great great grandson, Todd. She had other children, David B Green died in an auto accident returning home from an out of state family funeral in 1966 Burial at Mount Sharon in Robertson County TN. Isom Allen Green 1892-1973 WW1 Vet also interred at Mount Sharon. I am still looking for their daughter, Annie Loretta Green born 1898. Her TN delayed birth records does not give me any ' hint/ clue' to who she may have married. Some use the Green spelling and some used Greene. Still do in current family members which are related. Thank You.
