Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family history/genealogy for two branches of my family for about 12 years. I have now written two books for family members on both sides. I love doing genealogical research! It is so interesting and it is important for future generations to know about their roots. My full name is Bobbie Stuart Wilson Tkacik. I am interested i the Wilsons from Butler County, PA, Meigs County Ohio and the Stuarts from Hardin County, KY. In the photo I am at the grave of my 5th Great Grandfather William Wilson. It was such an exciting day when I finally found the stone!

RE: hart
you're welcome. I also have a son William's stone taken, actually he's on the back side of their huge marker.

I just started a few months ago just to get me outside to walk. it's helping.

Bobbie

I found Dallas Long today. In addition, I found:

Geraldine Mays Long (12/24/1920 - )

William H. Mays (3/28/1882 - 9/22/1949)
Pearl Ross Mays (6/25/1897 - 1/4/1984)

Charles Wesley Mays (9/10/1922 - 7/12/1999)
Mildred Watson Mays (7/25/1926 - 9/18/1987)

Can you make pages for them and place separate photo requests please? I have photos. Thanks.

Phil

Hello
I see your request for a photo on findagrave for Westview Cemetery. I am familiar with that cemetery and would be happy to look for you. Would you please call the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out the section and lot numbers for your request? The office is reluctant to give me that information and in fact has threatened to charge me for it. They do however give it easily to relatives. The cemetery is massive and that section/lot information will help me narrow the search.
Thanks
Phil

Thank you so much for looking. I feel sure if no marker was found she is probably unmarked or has a field stone. Her husband Thaddeus Stephen Ellis died in 1879 and is buried at this cemetery. She was left with 6 children from 3 to 22. I can imagine the more immediate problem was finding homes for those kids still at home.

Hi Bobbie,

That's great that Eleanor's stone is fixed. I'll have to take a look at it next time I'm there. If you have a clearer picture, post it and I'll delete the old one. I can also transfer the stone to you if you like. trees from the cemetery... I'm not too happy about it but I suppose its for the best. They removed a 160 year old evergreen shrub around the Gibson Family Stone. Supposedly it will save time mowing but I think it will add more time.

Zach
