I love history and genealogy, and I love mixing the two.|
I love preserving old cemeteries by photographing the headstones, so many of my memorials are not related to me. If you are related to one of them, I will gladly transfer them over to you.
I have lived in southern Ohio my whole life, but I love to travel, so you never know where I will be hunting tombstones next.

I happened to catch Henry Koenig's (47813856) grave at a good time of day, so I uploaded the photo. I hope you don't mind.

|Vanessa Linke||Dietrich Kehr|
first thank you very much for providing the information about Dietrich Kehr and related people. I think he is one of my ancestors who moved from Germany to Ohio over hundred years ago. I myself am German but I am staying in the US (Wisconsin) for a semester abroad. I am planning on visiting Ohio for Thanksgiving and would be really happy to find out more about my ancestors.
Here is the information I have:
PARENTS: Johannes Kehr (10/7/1815 - 6/26/1896) and Elise Dorothea Kehr (Fuchs) (1/5/1823 - 1/1/1892)
BORN IN: Burg-Gemuenden (Oberhessen), Germany (around 1850?)
MOVED TO: Butler, Fairfield, Ohio (around 1880?)
SIBLINGS: Johannes (John?) Kehr (moved to Oxford, Ohio)
Georg Kehr (*9/9/1849) (stayed in Germany -> my grand-grand-grandfather)
It would be so great if you could give me more information about these people and your opinion if you think this is the right Dietrich Kehr I found. It would be very awesome if you will be able to tell me if someone of this family is still living in the area or how I could find this out (is there a webpage for that?)
Thank you so much in advance!
All the best wishes,
PS: I would be also happy about any kind of information from everybody else who reads this! Thank you!

I am not related to them now. I was married to an Armstrong. I work on their family for my children. If you want to transfer them, you can or keep them it is entirely up to you. No problem either way.

Please consider the transfer of George Hidlay #52293561 to my account #47154391. I have a short bio as well as family links for his memorial site.

Thank you so much! I truly appreciate the work that you have done!!!
|Jetta McQuiston||RE: Marian Pyles|
Thanks for the updating and creating the links. You might want to remove the incorrect information in her biography as well. Indeed it is strange to have 2 Marian Pyles born in 1906 since it is an uncommon name.
It is always a pleasure to interact with you, and I appreciate your dedication to adding information and making the memorials correct. Thanks so much!
