RE: Delilah Taylor
Hi there - I thought I had a photo of the burial ground, but I don't. I'll get one - it's only a few miles from my house. I'll get one after the snow melts - we've gotten a ton of it lately, then I'll get a better one when the spring comes. The burial ground is located on a parcel owned by a manufacturing corporation. It is fenced and they maintain it very well. Christopher Taylor and his history is well known here in Jonesborough. His log house was moved from this site into town several decades ago and is widely visited by tourists. Unfortunately, as is the case with many of these very old burial grounds, markers can be few and far between. We (SAR) marked Christopher's a few years ago. I will post an aerial view photo to the cemetery link - give it a couple days to show up. More later, Gordon

RE: Twin Walker
Hello,
So who are you actually related to. The twins are my husbands grandmothers baby who died in childbirth. Her name was Sarilda (Pruitt) Walker, who was married to my husband's Grandfather Isaac W. W. (Papa Walker) Walker. Their daughter Mildred was my husbands mother. They are all buried together/next to each other. Listed in this row: Mildred (Walker) Wolfe and infant girl, the two twin Walkers, Sarilda, then Sarilda'a other daughters Madaline and Hazel Walker.
