|I think I was born doing genealogy although I didn't know what it was then. Have been visiting cemeteries since I was a small child. I enjoy helping others find their ancestor's graves, as I have my self been helped. If I create a memorial for your family member (and it is not a member of my family) I will be happy to transfer it to you. If I create a memorial for your family member and you disapprove, please contact me. I will remove any memorial, information, or photo that family members disapprove of.|

Hi, thanks for getting my great-grandparents linked together. If you never need any help on here, please, do not hesitate to ask.

|Sharon Leon||RE: Jesse Lanning|
I'm finding the Jesse Stith Lanning branch a little frustrating because according to the late Ethel Albin's 1999 Lanning genealogy, he had an obituary that referred to him being survived by a wife and a child. But according to the 1900 census for his widow, who had returned to her father in Ohio, she didn't have any living children. I'm wondering if the child died or if the child was sent to live with relatives, as was the custom, so that Sarah could more easily remarry. I suspect that I'll have to locate an obituary for Sarah to figure that out.

Thank you so much!

Hi Jackie. Can you correct the last name to Baumgartner? Hopefully this will go through correctly. Thanks Pam

Thank-you for the transfer, we appreciate your efforts.
Would you mind adjusting the name on this memorial from Christiana Horn to Christian A. Horn.
