RE: Pilot Butte Cemetery
Hi Martin

This headstone is one of those that sits under a tree and the shading is from the shadow of the tree. I have retaken many of those photos trying to get the best possible picture. At this point, I cannot retake the photo as I do not live in the area anymore. If you click on the photo, it will show a larger photo than the one that is one the memorial page itself.

RE: Sorry I don't Understand your instruction
Thanks for explaining how to accept changes, a feature I wasn't aware of.

So I accepted all your changes.

RE: Pauline Gross Teske @ Ropbert Bird Cem.--- Stafford area
Deleted photo. In future it would help if you entered the memorial Find A Grave number of your requests.

Martha Gross
I see good reason for including this in her bio

Martha's dear brother, Fred Gross, had his remain buried beside her's in the Stafford Cemetery. He died in Oregon City Hospital of pneumonia after fighting it for seven days.

Where did this come from the Oregon City paper?

RE: Dr. James T Matthews
Ah, excellent point about the Find A Grave Memorial#. I hadn't even seen it down there, but of course they would be numbered. 27462173 is the one in particular, and again, thank you.

Dr. James T Matthews
Thank you so much for not only the great picture of Dr. James T Matthews' grave, but for the description of where to find it! It seems odd that someone who left so many bits of history (many of them curated at Willamette University) could have his gravestone "disappear." Again, from one of his great-great-grandsons, thank you.

I just noticed that there is a John Kinzel in the cemetery in Canby. 1854-1958. I would imagine he is related to this family in some way? Kinzel is not a very common name.

Really. The cemetery wants .....? My photo is the original. I suggest you harass Carrie and Allen for their unnecessary posting of duplicate photos. There are only two photos posted to the memorial. If "the cemetery" needs more room, he/she/they can contact me.

I would love to put in what you have. Can you send it to my email? snow46c@gmail

I am related, her daughter Hattie is my grandfather's (C Vernon Story) mother. His daughter Dorothy is my Mom.

Are you my relative too? I have met 40+ from this site and ancestry. Wish Mom were still here as she loved genealogy and family reunions.
