I enjoy helping people discover their own family history by filling requests for photos in this very historic region. However, I do NOT help those who choose to deactivate "messaging" on their profiles. I believe it is callous and insulting to ask someone to help you by walking miles in in overgrown cemeteries to take a photo, then say, "Don't contact me" if a volunteer needs more info.
