Hi Tanya,
I just stopped by to say hi. There are so many friendly, wonderful, and helpful people on this site. After two months, let me say welcome to Find A Grave. Good talking with you.
By the way, that's a great looking Ducks shirt.

RE: Norway
He died in 1985 so I would think that his marker/stone would be in good shape, if its there. I found a list of all people buried in the cemetery on the Internet, and it doesn't look like its been updated in many years. Don't worry about locating it. I might be able to get hold of his grandson for that information.

Do you live locally? I live in Wisconsin and am going to be Cottage Grove in about three weeks to visit with relatives and friends. I'm planning to be at the Fireman's BBQ in Coquille on Aug. 6. My parents are buried at the Coquille Pioneer Cemetery, as are my mom's parents. My natural father's mother is buried at Myrtle Crest Memorial Gardens. I will be visiting their graves while I'm there.

Thanks again. If I ever find out anything about thos I've requested, I'll let you know...just for the fun of finding them.

Have a great summer. Sharol

RE: Norway
Thank you for looking for them. I have a memorial pamplet for his funeral that states he had a graveside service at the Norway Cemetery. Maybe he and his wife have unmarked graves. Apparently, he has a relative that was a pastor in Myrtle Point for the Christian Assembly Church who conducted the service.

Again, thank you for your trouble.
