Even though it is allowed, I respectfully request that no Death Certificates or census records, etc. be uploaded into the photo sections of the memorials that I manage. I would very much prefer that a family photo or headstone be occupying that photo space to represent their life. It is much more appropriate for this website.
It is my pleasure to transfer memorials that are not part of my family as long as it meets the Findagrave guidelines. Out of guidelines transfers are made on a case by case basis.
The ads on this site have kept several features from working with my server. In addition, the overloaded site times out constantly so until this problem is addressed, edits are nearly impossible. I will continue to honor edit requests at my convenience since I am unable to do so at my home computer.
PLEASE read the rules. I will continue to ignore requests that are not made through the Suggest a Correction link.

Thank you. I have transferred the record and put it in your good hands.

You are welcome. These older stones will only become more and more unreadable so you have to capture the writing on them while you can still read it. I agree, the sentiments written on the stones are not to be overlooked and instead appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. The Lamars in my branch of the family seem to have traveled from Maryland to Georgia to southern Indiana to Texas and finally to Oklahoma. The Georgia part of the journey is the problem and has been difficult to document. I will try to contact Ms. Colson to see if she can help me. Thanks again for your time.
With best regards,
