I live in Arizona and have been interested in genealogy and family history for many years. I have been using Find A Grave for quite while and found it especially helpful on a research trip I took to Michigan in April 2008. That trip really got me thinking - and knowing that all my tombstone pictures will get tossed after I die - I decided to start participating!|
I am contributing in hopes of helping others who may be searching for names in their family tree. If you have additional information or corrections - please contact me. If I have made a memorial for your direct relative and you'd like it transfered to you, just ask.

Glad I could help. By the way, I noticed that their birth dates (years of birth) were not on their Find a Grave pages, so I submitted a request to add them (I won't be doing that again, though, as it was too presumptuous of me since I am not a relative!). Best of luck. Judy

Hello Denise. Thanks so much for documenting David Allen (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=96112433)!
Particularly all the great family history information on Daniel's page. Amazing!

Thank you Denise. Wow, you are really fast!
I am new to Find a Grave, but I have some information to contribute re: Wilcox/Cotter and may want to take over the Memorial when I get up to speed. Willis Wilcox built log cabins on Lake Memphremagog, Canada for prominent American social reformers and I wanted to fix the date and birthplace ASAP for future researchers. Thanks again. John Atkin

Message for Denise Crawford:
Thank you for documenting Willis Charles Wilcox and his wife Mary Cotter. Please note that the birth date should be Sept 30, 1856 not Aug 14, 1852 for Willis. Birth place is Otis, Mass. USA Sadagwa Cemetery, Windham County, Vermont.
(Self reported on 3 border crossings into Canada, plus other sources) I am his G Grandson. Not sure how this site gets amended but would appreciate a correction. Thank you. John
I just signed up for "Find A Grave" and see you added info on my father, Robert A Franz, buried at Woodlawn in Deshler, OH. Thanks so much. I hope to add info. on other family/friends once I get use to this site. Thanks again.

hello, I sent you a edit for Hattie's name. Her father's first name was Curtis and last name Graves. The death certificates only lists his first name, but it should be Graves. Thanks!

Denise, I really appreciate that you transferred the graves of Emma & Lee to me! It truly mean a lot!

Nora was born Nora Belle Cheek and had a first marriage to William Edward Neil. Nora was the daughter of Ephraim Cheek & Alice Ophelia Spencer. Hope this helps.

|Hydee Paulina Supple (Süpple)||Transfer of the Gildersleeves|
Hi Denise, I am the great great granddaughter of Emma Gildersleeve and her husband Lee. I was hoping to get their memorials transferred to me. I am currently working on our family history and have been gathering information. I have also submitted DNA and talked my father and his brother into doing so as well and we are connecting to relatives all over! This is all so new and exciting for me!! I have been making progress for the last two years and hope to continue until I no longer am able to!! I truly do thank you for the work you have done for my family and for others as well!!
