I am an amateur Civil War historian.I live in SE Minnesota and I have walked thru aprox 750 cemeteries in Southern Minnesota , Western Wisconsin and Northern Iowa looking for Civil War Veteran burial sites. Thanks for the photo of Caroline and Herman. Caroline was my 2nd great aunt, it helps to fill in where she went after coming from Germany with family.
May I use the photo in family tree?

Thank you for providing the memorial for Lathrop Fish! He is my 4th great-grandfather! However, I believe that you've combined two different people into your memorial page. Lathrop G. Fish, who was born in about 1802, died in 1866 in DeKalb County, IL. He is buried at Oakwood Cemetery in DeKalb, IL. He married Lucy Caul. He had a son, also named Lathrop G. Fish, who was born about 1830 in Ohio, whose headstone you have on your memorial page. He married Caroline. He also served in the Civil War and died in 1895.
If you'd like more information about this father and son in order to correct the information on the memorial page, please let me know! Thanks so much!
Thank you for those wonderful photos at the Evergreen cemetery. I appreciate your help.

You are appreciate.

Thanks for the great photo it proves that the spelling on the memorial is wrong, I need that for proof.....I have already put in a correction to Find A Grave. This Find A Grave volunteer, Glen Glaus, does not update anything, so we have to wait for Find A Grave to automatically do it....drives me crazy!
