Bayou Jack Pentacostal Church Cemetery
Thank You for informing me but I beg to differ, Bayou Jack Pentacostal Church Cemetery has not been well established on Find A Grave until recently as I see you have posted the memorials November 2014. This is the reason my Uncle's memorial was created on the Apostolic Church Site across the street from his home. You might check Bayou Rouge Pentacostal Church Cemetery as some contributors have confused the two cemeteries. Despite all, congrats to you for getting the cemetery name corrected.
And I will change my Uncle and his daughter in law to the correct named church.

Jaster
Yes, found Wilhelm's record on Ellis Island site which stated he had been to U.S. twice before and was going to Brenham, TX to his brother Gustav's.

Have not located naturalization records yet. Had the marriage record. His passenger info stated he was married at that time so not sure what happened to that wife.

I found Gustav H. Jaster in 1880 census, he was single, then found that he married the next year. Was married 3 times.

Records indicate that line came from Prov. Posen which is very interesting since since my Redman line came from that area...Bertha Redman married Henry Lueck...they lived in the Fayette/Washington area, Henry was son of Henrietta Jaster Lueck.

Have not found his baptismal record.

If you come across someone from the Jaster line in the Washington/Fayette area, please remember me.

Thank you.

Jaster
Are you a Jaster descendant?

I am trying to verify that the Jasters in Washington/Fayette counties are related to Fredrick Wilhelm Jaster who was a brother to my gr gr grandmother Henrietta Jaster Lueck (w/o August Lueck).

One record indicates Wilhelm's father was Gottlieb Jaster.

Dement family in Oaklawn Cemetery
Are you related to the Dement family that are buried in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Burleson Co., Texas? You put in a lot of great info. I am looking for Marion Gilbert Dement's wife, Rose/Rosa/Rosie. Thank you.

Just noticed you are a long time volunteer so an extra thanks for taking the time to let me know of the duplicate and the sponsorship.

Hi Sebastian,
I got an email that you are sponsoring Charles Jaeger and pointing out that this is a duplicate. I am not sure how it works when a memorial is sponsored but normally if this happens, I upload photos to the original post and delete the duplicate. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often. Now, when I delete this memorial, will it screw you after you sponsored it? I hope not. Also, if you ever come across a memorial that I created, you just need to let me know and I will happily transfer it to you. It would make linking people and editing much easier and fast for you.

Doris & Harris Yates
Hi- I have added a photo of the monument from the Companion Garden Section for the Yates. If you would prefer to not have it, let me know and I will remove it. The trees are beautiful this time of year, so I thought it would be nice. Peggy

RE: Harvey Lafayette
Thanks Sebastian, I am so glad that you found his gravesite, Thank you! I have been looking for it for a little while now and it suddenly hit me to try the Hutchinson spelling and there was Pete!
I have no clue where that nickname came from, but I do know that is the name that my grandmother used when she applied for his military headstone, I found the documents on Ancestry.com today.
Thanks again for your help.

If you change the names on the records to something different from what's on the headstone you will not get a photo posted. Email me and I will explain.

RE: François Roy
You are very welcome. I am working on the Malagarie Family tree and am trying to update all the family in the find a grave memorials. I added them all to my virtual cemetery. A little about me. My maternal grandfather is Allen Malagarie Sr. and his father is Gilbert Marc Malagarie. My grandfather died before I was born, so I never met him, but I met several of his brothers. I am still looking for more information, and I'll pass it along. Thanks for transferring those memorials onto me. I will surely care for and maintain them. If you have anymore Malagarie memorials that you wish to transfer, please feel free. It is great talking to you. Keep up the awesome work. Thank you.
