To those who wish to use photos or information that I have posted on Findagrave.com, you have my permission to copy what I have posted to your home computers or to your family tree. I ask only that you cite me as your source.|
Thank you, and I hope what I have posted can be helpful to those fellow genealogy sleuths out there.
I have not been timely in my responses to requests for the last couple of years. That is because I haven't had much time to spend on the computer during that time period due to an increased work load and having to provide more assistance to my 88-year-old mother. As an only child, helping my mother is my sole responsibility. Additionally, it seems that email is now the way to send advertisements and "junk" mail, so my email box is so full of "junk" that the emails I REALLY want to see get lost in the shuffle! My time to review my email has been limited, so I have little time to "unsubscribe" and also often overlooked requests from Findagrave. I apologize for this and will try my best to be timely in my responses to all requests in the future!
Thank you for your understanding!
P.S. If I missed any messages posted on this page since about mid-2010, it is because I disabled the messaging and the email at that time due to my upset over some nasty emails. I will never understand such nastiness over people taking their time to post information on cemeteries for the benefit of others! Anyway, to paraphrase Lincoln, "you can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please everyone all of the time!" Therefore, I am giving this another shot...please be nice!

Thank you so much for these photos Toni. I never knew these wonderful people but I love having them as my Great Granparents. I can't believe I connected this morning when I turned my computer on. I don't know how I will ever thank you for this. Kathleen

I can certainly correct the information but I want to ask if you would like to have ownership of the memorial for Verbois since you obviously have a personal connection? Glad to work either way. Thanks,

I detect your return to Find A Grave activity in the North Caddo communities.
I value your comprehensive recordings at the Vivian cemetery.
They were very helpful in my Hart genealogy.

You gave me wrong parents, they were born after her dates...Ed

I'm only asking because in addition to the obit listing her as Effie Wells, the SS index also lists her last name as Wells.
Social Security Death Index
Name: Effie C. Wells
Birth: 16 Sep 1920
Death: 12 Oct 1992 - Vivian, Caddo, Louisiana, United States of America

Ok thanks. Also, do you know if her stone reads Effie Wells? I'm just wondering, if it does even though she's buried with and linked to Mr, Hartzo do you think that's how her memorial should be listed?
