I was born and raised in Minden, NE, haved lived in Omaha, NE since 1974. I am doing my family genealogy for Albers-Bloomfield-Conyers-Gartner-Kuhn/Kuehn/Keen-Mathers-Nuss-Sasse and all their descendants. I have been working on genealogy for about 40 years and still feel I have only scratched the surface.|
I love exploring and photographing cemeteries, not only for myself but for you who are also searching.

|Dona (Carr) Mooring||Morris Tombstone Photo|
I've sent a message to Find A Grave to merge the two memorials. Hopefully they will be able to move your photo. Find A Grave always defaults to the one that has the oldest date, this is the one that doesn't have the photo on it. I'll keep my eye out to see if Find A Grave moves the photo, if they don't I'll ask again to have you move your photo.
Your Sister in Christ,
Dona Carr Mooring

|Farm Girl from MO.||Please remove note!|
You might want to remove the "Note" attached to the memorial of Daniel Cowgill #9745852, buried in the Stukey Cemetery, Adair County, MO. since he "HAS A STONE ON HIS GRAVE". See photo attached to Daniel's memorial taken by Larry Olson. Just thought you might want to correct this. Thanks,
|John Stadler||RE: Correction to Joellen's information|
Thats OK I just googled Joellen's name and came across this site and the information that you posted. I think that the information is great and the site is very useful for people looking for info. Myself and my sister Connie Stadler were talking about the info and there are some small corrections. Joellen spelled her name without the capital E in Ellen so the correct spelling is Joellen and not JoEllen. Also, her middle name was not Clara, but rather Cynthia her full name was Joellen Cynthia Stadler and finally she passed away while in a hospital in Texas and not in Nebraska. Thanks again, John Stadler
|John Stadler||Correction to Joellen's information|
Hello, I am John Stadler and Joellen was my sister and I noticed that there are some errors in her information. I left the corrections in the "Edit" portion of the site, but no changes or corrections have been made. What do I need to do to correct the post. Any information that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

In the rear of the Collins Cemetery in Willow Lake is the Catholic Cemetery (St. James Catholic Cemetery). I took photos of Morris McGeough in this part of the cemetery and added them to Find a Grave. Now I noticed that they are already in the Collins Cemetery. Let me know how you would like to manage Morris, from the Collins or the St. James site?

|Knud Larsen||Meltine or rather Mettine Dybbro memorial and headstone|
Thanks for the photo :-) A bit sad that the family didn't get her birth name right on the headstone, but it's easy to understand why: She probably wasn't called anything else than 'Tina'. But in her birth record her given name was Mettine, a variation of the rather common girl's name 'Mette'.
The surname was Dybroe in the record. In the censuses Dybro was preferred. But as there weren't any strict rules for spelling names those days, Dybbro would be perfectly allright.

Do you know who the baby was buried with? I took picture of other side of marker but deleted it by accident. I could prob figure it out if you needed the info.
