~ I like to photograph grave markers so that a historical record is forever captured of those who were here before us. If you keep your family tree online, feel free to use any photo I've taken to enhance your tree. All I ask is that you make a note indicating the photo was found on FindaGrave. That way others who may not be familiar with this website will be introduced. ~ Happy Hunting!

RE: Rufus Blankenship at Ottawa Hills
Hi Friend, I finally have internet again after moving three states away. I phoned Ottawa Hills and they gave me the location of Rufus and Nellie Blankenship's graves: Section 2-Q Lot 15 Plot 1 & 2. I just now put in a request for Nellie's grave photo so you will be able to add the same photo to both (I am assuming they have a shared memorial). Thank you for letting me know what I needed to do to enable you or another volunteer to take these photos. I so very much appreciate it.

RE: Helen Luff at Ottawa Hills
I called Ottawa Hills and spoke to a lady there who was going to fax me a map with the location, she has yet to do so.

Pamela: If I can help in any way, I will. I enjoyed taking photos in the Peace Lutheran Cemetery, specifically your husband's family - Ernest Marksch. Thank you for everything you do for this site.

Schwartz/Hoffman memorial
Thank you! That helps for quite a few people. Would you please add the Swartz-only side to Michael (23184011) and Eva (23184097), also? Minnie & Eva are my 2xgreat grand-aunts.

Thanks
Thank you so much for posting the photo of the marker for Mildred M Rahm from the Calvary Cemetery. This adds a lot to my family history.

Hi Barnard,

Thanks so much for the photo of Stella's stone as well as for adding the photo to the other memorials without being asked. Great job, and I appreciate the extra added efforts very much!
